Graduated with First-class honours in European Studies (French Stream) at Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU), Moni possesses not only a advanced level in French, but also a sound knowledge of the French culture. She has also spent a year studying international relations in Strasbourg, France. 

Always having a strong interest in French language and Francophone culture, Moni has devoted herself to promoting French in the community. She worked as intern at the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macao, where she assisted the Attaché for Educational & Linguistics Affairs in organizing diverse cultural activities for local institutions.

Moni started her career as Project Assistant at the European Union Academic Programme Hong Kong (EUAP), where she helped launching the project "Urban Innovations Europe-Hong Kong". She assited the team in organizing a series of academic activities and events in this theme.

 

Moni joined the PRAHK in June 2015. She works with Stéphane Lam to develop different projects. She is also in charge of administration and communications of PRAHK.
